ISLAMABAD: (Sports Desk) – Pakistani athlete Muhammad Hamza Raja has made history by winning the gold medal in the Men’s Physique category and claiming the Overall Title at the 2026 IFBB Mr Universe Championship in Switzerland.

Representing Pakistan WAPDA, Raja competed against bodybuilders from 26 countries before securing the top honour. He also earned the prestigious IFBB Pro Card, marking a landmark achievement for Pakistani bodybuilding.

According to 24NewsHD, Raja became the first Pakistani athlete to win both the IFBB Pro Card and the Men’s Physique Overall Title at an international-level event.

The WAPDA Sports Board congratulated Raja on his outstanding performance, describing the achievement as a proud moment for both Pakistan and WAPDA.

The board also reaffirmed its commitment to supporting sports and developing talented athletes capable of competing successfully at national and international levels.
