Kainat Azhar Khan Appointed Islamabad CTO, SSP Operations

Islamabad: (Web Desk) – In a significant administrative reshuffle, Kainat Azhar Khan, a graduate of the National Police Academy’s 47th Common Training Programme, was appointed as the Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) of Islamabad on Saturday, according to reports.

Besides her new responsibilities as CTO, Kainat has also been assigned the additional charge of SSP Operations (Safe City), further expanding her role in the federal capital’s law enforcement framework.

Meanwhile, SSP Muhammad Sarfaraz Virk has been directed to report to the Punjab government following the latest transfer orders.

Prior to her appointment in Islamabad, Kainat Azhar Khan served as CTO Multan and SP Cantonment, where she gained extensive experience in traffic management and policing operations.

Throughout her career, she has also held key positions as SDPO Civil Lines and SDPO Cantonment in Rawalpindi, contributing to public safety and administrative policing in the region.
