KARACHI: (Web Desk) – In the ongoing HBL Pakistan Super League Season 11, Peshawar Zalmi delivered a historic batting performance, posting the third-highest team total in PSL history against Quetta Gladiators at National Stadium Karachi.
Quetta Gladiators won the toss and opted to field first, but Zalmi’s batting lineup dominated from the start. Peshawar Zalmi piled up a massive 255/3 in their 20 overs, showcasing explosive stroke play throughout the innings.
Captain Babar Azam led from the front with a sensational century, reaching the milestone in just 52 balls. His innings included 6 fours and 4 sixes, and he brought up his 12th T20 century in style with a boundary on the final ball of the innings.

Kusal Mendis also played a crucial supporting role, scoring a fluent 83 runs to help build the huge total.
For Quetta Gladiators, Usman Tariq, Abrar Ahmed, and Joseph each picked up one wicket but struggled to contain the aggressive batting attack.
The record-breaking total has now been recorded as the third-highest team score in PSL history, putting Zalmi in a dominant position in the match.
