The initiative will also focus on capacity building by offering certification programmes for coaches, referees, and physical education teachers, along with specialised training in fitness and team management. Selected campuses may also see the establishment of football academies, supported by technical guidance from the federation.

According to officials, standout players identified through leagues and camps will be recommended for advanced development opportunities, including scholarships and higher-level training pathways. The partnership also emphasizes leadership, discipline, wellbeing, and fair play as part of a broader values-based sports development approach.

Speaking at the ceremony, Beaconhouse leadership reaffirmed its commitment to supporting football development across its nationwide network of campuses, while PFF officials described the collaboration as a major step toward building a sustainable talent pipeline for Pakistan football.
