Pakistan Airports Face Widespread Flight Cancellations Due To Weather Issues
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – A total of 30 international flights scheduled to operate from Pakistan to various Gulf destinations were cancelled on Monday, causing disruption at major airports across the country.
According to aviation sources, eight flights planned from Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore to destinations including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Bahrain were cancelled.
At Jinnah International Airport Karachi, twelve international flights were grounded, while six flights were cancelled from New Islamabad International Airport. Additionally, two flights each were cancelled from Sialkot and Multan airports.

Alongside international disruptions, domestic air travel was also affected due to adverse weather conditions in different parts of the country.
Several domestic routes, including six flights scheduled from Lahore to Karachi, were cancelled, while eight incoming flights to Multan, Faisalabad, and Peshawar were also grounded.
Authorities said the cancellations were primarily linked to operational challenges and weather-related issues affecting flight schedules across multiple airports.
