ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) Pakistan International Airlines has launched a new initiative aimed at providing passengers with greater flexibility and convenience on selected international routes.
The national carrier has introduced an upgraded ticketing system that enables travellers to select travel packages based on their individual preferences and requirements.
In the initial phase, the new service has been rolled out for passengers travelling from Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates and Azerbaijan including flights to Baku.

Under the initiative, PIA has introduced three fare categories titled “Light”, “Smart” and “Freedom”. Each package offers different levels of flexibility and travel-related benefits for passengers.
The newly launched fare options provide facilities such as complimentary ticket modifications, refund eligibility, seat change options and loyalty rewards for frequent travellers.
Airline officials stated that the project is part of PIA’s ongoing efforts to enhance passenger experience and give travellers more control and convenience while planning their journeys.
