LAHORE: PCB Appoints Australia’s Tony Hemming as Chief Curator, The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed Australia’s Tony Hemming as its new Chief Curator. Hemming is set to arrive in Lahore on Wednesday to assume his new role.
Hemming will be responsible for preparing pitches for the upcoming Test series against Bangladesh and England. He will also oversee pitch preparations for the ICC Champions Trophy.

With over 40 years of extensive experience in pitch preparation, Hemming has served in various capacities across multiple countries. Notably, he was the ICC’s Head Curator from 2007 to 2017.
Hemming’s illustrious career includes work at renowned cricket grounds in Australia such as Melbourne, Perth, and Tasmania, as well as in countries like Bangladesh, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
