Gold Prices Rise Rs1,000 Per Tola in Pakistan
Silver prices recorded a decline in the domestic market.
Karachi: (News Desk) – Gold prices moved higher in Pakistan on Thursday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola increasing by Rs1,000 to Rs427,436, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also rose by Rs857 to Rs366,457, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold gained Rs786, reaching Rs335,931.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold increased by $10 to $4,050 per ounce, contributing to the upward trend in local rates.
Meanwhile, silver prices recorded a decline in the domestic market. The price of silver per tola dropped by Rs76 to Rs6,215, while 10 grams of silver fell by Rs65 to Rs5,328.
Globally, silver prices also eased, declining by $0.76 to $57.36 per ounce, the association said.
