Arrest Warrants Issued for Ali Amin Gandapur in GHQ Attack Case

The Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi, presided over by Judge Amjad Ali Shah, conducted a hearing of the case.

Islamabad: Arrest warrants have been issued for the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, in connection with the GHQ attack case.

The Anti-Terrorism Court in Rawalpindi, presided over by Judge Amjad Ali Shah, conducted a hearing of the case. The Special Prosecutor requested the court to issue arrest warrants for the accused due to their absence from the proceedings.

In response, the court issued arrest warrants for Ali Amin Gandapur and ordered him to appear before the court. Additionally, arrest warrants were also issued for 46 other suspects, including Raja Basharat, Zartaj Gul, and Bilal Ijaz, in connection with the case.
