Govt Launches Free Shuttle Service for Media Covering US-Iran Talks
Authorities have instructed journalists to carry their special access cards issued for the venue
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): The federal government has introduced a free shuttle service for local and international media representatives to facilitate smooth coverage of the upcoming talks between the United States and Iran in the capital.
According to an official statement, the shuttle service will commence on April 11, 2026, from 6:00 am, transporting journalists to the Media Facilitation Center set up at the Jinnah Convention Center.
The shuttles will operate at regular intervals from Centaurus Mall (F-8 side parking), ensuring easy access for accredited media personnel.

Authorities have instructed journalists to carry their special access cards issued for the venue before boarding the shuttle service. Contact points have also been provided for further assistance.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting described the initiative as an important step to facilitate journalists and ensure comprehensive coverage of the high-level international negotiations taking place in Islamabad.
