According to the report, only the hospital’s outpatient department (OPD) is currently operational, while other services remain suspended, causing difficulties for patients and their families.
The hospital’s new administration has not yet taken charge, leaving both patients and staff in uncertainty.
The agreement with the non-governmental organisation (NGO) that had been managing the hospital for the past 10 years expired on September 30. However, the transition to a new management arrangement has yet to be completed.
As a result, more than 450 hospital employees have reportedly been without work for the past month.
The situation has also raised concerns about cleanliness, with garbage scattered across the hospital premises.
The prolonged disruption has added to the difficulties of families seeking medical treatment for children, while uncertainty over the hospital’s management continues.
