BRUSSELS – Pakistan’s Ambassador to Belgium and the European Union, Rahim Hayat Qureshi, met with Thierry Geerts, CEO of Brussels Enterprises Commerce and Industry (BECI), to discuss expanding economic cooperation.

During the meeting, both sides highlighted the untapped trade and investment potential in Pakistan for companies based in the Brussels region. They also agreed to intensify efforts to establish stronger business-to-business (B2B) linkages between the two markets.

The engagement reflects Pakistan’s ongoing push to strengthen economic ties with European partners and attract foreign investment through deeper private sector collaboration.
