Justice Amjad Rafiq presided over the hearing, expressing dissatisfaction with the police report and directing the Advocate General Punjab and IG Punjab to appear in court. The court emphasized the urgency of recovering Ghulam Shabbir, detained en route to Islamabad despite court orders.
