Senior PTI leaders meet Shah Mahmood Qureshi in hospital to discuss politics and Imran Khan.
Lahore – (Special Correspondent / Web Desk) – Senior Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Salman Akram Raja and Shaukat Basra visited party leader Shah Mahmood Qureshi in a Lahore hospital. They came to check on his health and wish him a speedy recovery. The meeting was short but very friendly. The leaders also talked about the current political situation in the country.
During their conversation, the group discussed ongoing efforts to secure the release of the party’s founder, Imran Khan. Despite being in the hospital, Shah Mahmood Qureshi thanked his colleagues for their visit. He promised to keep leading the party’s peaceful political mission according to democratic principles.
This meeting is seen as a key step for the PTI. It shows the party’s work to keep its senior members united and coordinated during a challenging political time. Maintaining strong internal connections is a top priority for the group.
This was not the first such meeting. At the end of October, other former PTI leaders also visited Qureshi at the same hospital. Their discussions also covered the wider political scene, including situations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
