He achieved this remarkable milestone during a T20 World Cup match against the United Arab Emirates, striking another landmark in his illustrious career.
Rashid’s feat further solidifies his reputation as one of the most prolific bowlers in the shortest format of the game. In overall T20 cricket, West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo ranks second with 631 wickets, while former West Indies spinner Sunil Narine holds third place with 613 scalps. Rashid had already surpassed Bravo’s tally in February 2025, highlighting his dominance in the format.
