In the ongoing HBL Pakistan Super League Season 11, Peshawar Zalmi registered a commanding 118-run victory over Quetta Gladiators at National Stadium Karachi, powered by a record-breaking batting performance led by captain Babar Azam.

After winning the toss, Quetta Gladiators opted to field first, but Zalmi’s batting lineup dominated the innings. Peshawar Zalmi posted a massive 255/3 in 20 overs, the third-highest total in PSL history. Babar Azam starred with a blistering century off just 52 balls, featuring 6 fours and 4 sixes, completing his 12th T20 hundred in style.

Kusal Mendis added crucial support with a brilliant 83-run knock. The duo also stitched a 135-run partnership for the second wicket, a stand that matched a notable T20 record involving elite batting partnerships.
