Pakistan Navy Drug Seizure Gwadar 2026 Nets Two Tonnes of Hashish and Ice Worth $215 Million

PAKISTAN NAVY – (Web Desk) – Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Coast Guards carried out a major Pakistan Navy drug seizure Gwadar 2026, recovering around two tonnes of drugs near the Gwadar coastline. The seized items include 1,500 kilograms of hashish and 500 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, commonly known as ice.

The operation was intelligence-based and conducted jointly by the Pakistan Navy and Pakistan Coast Guards. It was carried out in close coordination with the Joint Maritime Information Coordination Centre, also known as JMICC.

Authorities say the total value of the seized drugs is estimated at around $215 million in the international market. The drugs were being transported through the Arabian Sea and were headed to international destinations.

The entire drug consignment has now been handed over to the Pakistan Coast Guards for further legal action.

Officials confirmed that the operation reflects strong inter-agency cooperation in the fight against sea-based smuggling. The Pakistan Navy reaffirmed its commitment to keeping Pakistani waters free from illegal activities.
