NADRA introduces upgraded website with enhanced public services
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – The National Database and Registration Authority has introduced a significantly upgraded version of its website, adding new digital tools aimed at improving public convenience and service delivery. The updated platform also provides information regarding the extended availability and procedures for Form B services.
According to official details, the revamped website is designed to make access to NADRA services easier and more transparent for citizens. It now includes updated information about NADRA offices, e-facility centers, and a wide range of public services, ensuring that no eligible citizen is refused service.
During a NADRA podcast briefing, the spokesperson explained that a new “N-Grid” feature has been introduced. This section allows users to view detailed information about NADRA offices, e-facility centers, and their working hours down to district, tehsil, and union council levels.
He further added that the website now supports submission of queries under the Right to Information (RTI) framework. A dedicated statistics section has also been launched to assist students and researchers by providing access to population data and regional NADRA records.
Mohsin Naqvi NADRA Visit Lahore: Faster Services for Every Citizen

He also mentioned that Form B for children under 10 can be processed through e-Sahulat franchises or via the Pak Identity mobile application. The app stores documents in a secure “Mobile Vault” for future use.
The spokesperson further reminded citizens that Form B is automatically updated when a child turns three and again at age ten, while obtaining a CNIC becomes legally mandatory after the age of 18.
