In a statement posted on her Instagram Stories, the actress addressed recent developments in the case and responded to rumors circulating on social media.

Momina alleged that Saqib Khan Chadhar had been “proven guilty through forensic evidence” and claimed that Sumaira Khan had also joined the investigation. She stated that the legal process was moving forward despite ongoing challenges.

The actress acknowledged that the case is still pending before the courts and said that some people may argue that a final verdict has not yet been announced. However, she maintained that every legal development represents progress toward justice.
