PSL official fines Mohammad Ali for code of conduct breach
HYDERABAD: (Web Desk) – Hyderabad Kingsmen fast bowler Mohammad Ali has been fined 10 percent of his match fee for violating a Level 1 offense under the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) Code of Conduct during Eliminator 2 against Islamabad United at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
The incident occurred in the 16th over of Islamabad United’s innings when Faheem Ashraf came to bat following Haider Ali’s dismissal. Match officials later ruled that the bowler’s conduct breached Article 2.21 of the PSL Code of Conduct, which covers actions that can bring the game into disrepute.

Ali admitted to the charge and accepted the penalty without contest. The complaint was raised by on-field umpires Ahsan Raza and Shahid Saikat, while match referee Roshan Mahanama finalized the disciplinary action.
In the same match, Hyderabad Kingsmen secured a thrilling victory over three-time champions Islamabad United by two runs, successfully defending a 186-run target. Wicketkeeper batter Usman Khan played a match-winning unbeaten half-century, while Hunain Shah delivered a strong bowling performance that helped seal their place in the PSL 11 final.
