Indian Woman Gives Birth To Four Children Rarely

Rare Medical Case As Woman Gives Birth To Quadruplets In India

UTTAR PRADESH: (Web Desk) –  In a rare medical case, a 31-year-old woman in India gave birth to four children over the span of five days in Uttar Pradesh, leaving doctors and hospital staff surprised by the unusual delivery pattern.

The mother, identified as Amina from Ovari village in Sambhal district, delivered two sons and two daughters through normal (vaginal) delivery.

Hospital officials said she delivered her first baby on May 9, followed by the remaining three newborns on May 14. Despite the high-risk nature of the pregnancy, all four deliveries took place without a cesarean section, which medical staff described as unprecedented for the facility.

Dr. Shubhra Agrawal, head of the medical team, confirmed that the newborns were initially placed under ventilator support as a precautionary measure but have since stabilized.

Doctors reported that the mother is also in good health following the deliveries. Medical staff had previously advised reducing the number of fetuses due to associated risks, but the family opted to continue the pregnancy.

Amina expressed gratitude to the doctors for their care, while her husband, Mohammad Alam, praised the hospital team for their careful monitoring and management throughout the pregnancy and delivery process.
