“A German tourist was manhandled and robbed of his valuables near Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport. The incident occurred when the victim, who has not been named, was traveling from the airport to his destination.
According to reports, the tourist was attacked by unidentified assailants who stole his valuables, including cash, passport, and other important documents. The victim suffered minor injuries during the assault.
The suspects also snatched his expensive mobile phone, cash and a camera worth Rs500,000. Some passersby took him to a Rangers hospital where he was administered medical aid. Florine said he informed a patrolling Dolphin Squad but they instead demanded money. The North Cantonment police are looking into the matter.
