Ali Amin Gandapur Announces Plan to Send Delegation to Afghanistan Amid Security Concerns

Peshawar-Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Gandapur, has made a dramatic pledge to address the security issues in his province by sending a delegation to Afghanistan. This announcement follows his recent prominent appearance at a PTI rally in Islamabad and his subsequent disappearance from the public eye.

Speaking at a bar council associations gathering in Peshawar, Gandapur reaffirmed his support for Imran Khan’s principles and called for reforms within various “institutions” to improve the country’s welfare. He firmly stated, “Keep your policies to yourselves. It is my responsibility to safeguard the people of my province.”

He took aim at those whose policies he believes are detrimental, demanding they reveal who is accountable for the issues at hand.

Gandapur voiced his discontent with the current lack of progress on security matters, expressing his frustration: “I’m saying, let me send a delegation to Afghanistan. They are our neighbors, but nobody seems to care. My patience is wearing thin; how much longer can I endure this?”

He expressed his resolve to tackle the situation head-on, declaring, “I will personally engage with Afghanistan. I will send a delegation, meet with them, and work towards resolving the problem.”

In his address to the Bar Councils Associations in Peshawar, the Chief Minister stated, “I request the institutions to reform themselves. Reform yourselves. Pakistan will benefit from your reform. This nation will benefit from your reform, and you yourselves will benefit from your reform.”

Ali Amin Gandapur declared, “I am a citizen of Pakistan and a free individual. You will have to answer me. If you don’t answer, I will speak and ask, I will raise my voice and come out.”

“We have not pursued revenge against anyone, nor have we exploited provincial institutions for personal retribution. Our goal is not to incite hatred, as it only harms the nation,” he stated.

“We remain committed to fighting for our rights, justice, and genuine freedom. The constitution grants us the right to defend these principles.”
