Ishaq Dar Holds Phone Talks With Egyptian Foreign Minister
ISLAMABAD: (News Desk) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr Badr Abdelatty, reviewing bilateral relations and reaffirming the longstanding fraternal ties between Pakistan and Egypt.
During the late Tuesday conversation, the two foreign ministers exchanged views on regional developments and emphasized the importance of maintaining close coordination on matters affecting the region.
They also discussed strengthening consultations through the Regional Four (R4) Foreign Ministers’ mechanism, which includes Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Türkiye and Egypt.

The two sides agreed to continue close diplomatic coordination and work together on issues of shared regional interest.
Ishaq Dar and Badr Abdelatty also agreed to meet in person on the sidelines of the upcoming United Nations General Assembly session in New York.
The planned meeting is expected to provide an opportunity for the two sides to further discuss bilateral relations and regional developments.
