Deadly Explosions Rock Kyiv Amid Intensifying Russia Ukraine War

Kyiv: (News Desk) – Ukraine’s capital was shaken by more than 30 explosions overnight as fresh attacks intensified the ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

According to Russian media reports, large parts of Kyiv were engulfed in flames following the strikes. Initial reports indicated that one person was killed while at least five others sustained injuries.

Air raid sirens sounded across Kyiv and surrounding areas as emergency services responded to multiple explosions and fires triggered by the attacks.

Russian media claimed the strikes involved precision-guided missiles and drones, alleging that Ukraine’s air defence systems were unable to intercept all incoming projectiles. These claims have not been independently verified.

The conflict between Russia and Ukraine has continued to escalate, with both sides increasing the frequency and intensity of cross-border attacks in recent months.

Recent exchanges of strikes have reportedly claimed at least 14 lives, including nine people in Russia and five in Ukraine, highlighting the growing human toll of the prolonged war.
