24-Karat Gold Price Decrease in Pakistan Today Reflects Global Market Decline
Pakistan – (Web Desk) – Gold price decrease in Pakistan today was recorded on Friday as the 24-karat gold per tola rate dropped by Rs1,469, settling at Rs467,816 against Rs469,285 from the previous trading day. The rates were officially issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also went down by Rs1,323, reaching Rs401,012 compared to Rs402,335 earlier. At the same time, 10 grams of 22-karat gold fell by Rs1,197 to Rs367,624 from Rs368,821.
In the international market, gold prices also moved lower. The rate dropped by $14.689 per ounce, settling at $4,453.810 compared to $4,468.499 on the previous trading day.
Silver prices followed the same downward trend in the local market. The per tola silver rate declined by Rs67, coming down to Rs7,730 from Rs7,797. The price of 10 grams of silver also fell by Rs61, settling at Rs6,623 against Rs6,684.
In the global market, silver prices decreased by $0.669 per ounce, reaching $72.520 from $73.189, further reflecting the overall weakness seen across precious metals on Friday.
