Sindh Sets July Deadlines for Matric, Inter Results

KARACHI: (Web Desk) – The Sindh government has officially announced the timetable for the declaration of matriculation and intermediate examination results across the province, providing clarity for thousands of students awaiting their academic outcomes.

According to the schedule, matriculation results will be announced by July 10, while intermediate examination results are expected to be released by July 31.

The decision was finalized during a high-level meeting in Karachi chaired by Sindh Minister for Universities and Boards, Muhammad Ismail Rahu. The session was attended by Universities Secretary Muhammad Abbas Baloch and chairpersons of educational boards from across the province.

During the meeting, officials reviewed the arrangements and overall conduct of the annual matric and intermediate examinations. Representatives from various boards briefed participants on examination management and performance within their respective regions.

Authorities also confirmed that results for Class 9 and Class 11 students will be issued by August 31.

Addressing the meeting, Ismail Rahu emphasized the importance of releasing results on time to ensure students can secure admissions to colleges and universities without unnecessary delays. He reiterated the government’s commitment to strengthening transparency, merit, and efficiency within the examination system.

Officials further reported that several examination staff members in Sukkur Division were removed from duty due to unsatisfactory performance. Meanwhile, Karachi authorities registered multiple cases involving violations of Section 144 during the examination period.

It was also noted that intermediate examinations in Karachi Division are scheduled to conclude on June 15.
