Six Police Personnel Martyred in Tank Bomb Blast

Tank – A bomb blast occurred in the jurisdiction of Gomal Police Station in Tank, resulting in the martyrdom of six police personnel.

According to police sources, the explosion took place near a police armored vehicle, completely destroying it. Among the martyred officers was Additional SHO Ishaq Khan. The incident occurred around 25 kilometers from Kot Wali in the Tank district.

Security forces rushed to the site immediately after the blast, cordoned off the area, and launched an investigation.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi strongly condemned the Tank blast and paid tribute to the fallen police officers. He said the brave police personnel sacrificed their today for the nation’s peaceful tomorrow.

The interior minister added that the supreme sacrifices of the martyrs would always be remembered, and the nation would never forget their unmatched bravery.
