Audio Leaks Case Transferred to Justice Azam Khan’s Bench
This transfer marks a key procedural step in a case that has drawn widespread attention due to its political and judicial implications.
Islamabad: A significant development has emerged in the high-profile audio leaks case involving PTI founder Imran Khan’s wife, Bushra Bibi, and the son of former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar, Najam Saqib.
The case, which was previously being heard by Justice Babar Sattar, has now been transferred to the bench of Justice Azam Khan. The transfer comes after the single bench of Justice Babar Sattar was dissolved.
Hearings regarding the applications filed against the alleged audio leaks will now take place on November 4, with Justice Azam Khan presiding. The applications were filed by Bushra Bibi and Najam Saqib.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had issued a stay order in the audio leaks case, preventing the Islamabad High Court from taking further action.
