ISLAMABAD: Rising Pakistani singer Nimra Mehra has come forward with serious allegations against her former management company and music label, Beyond Records, accusing them of exploiting her work, mishandling her music rights, and damaging her artistic image.
In a video message shared on Instagram, Mehra expressed her frustration, stating, “I’ve been wanting to let this out for a while now. I guess now is the time.” She alleged that Beyond Records profited from her songs, sold her rights to another company without her consent, and undermined her creative identity.
Calling for prayers and support from her fans and the music community, Mehra’s statement quickly sparked widespread discussion about artist exploitation and the lack of transparency in Pakistan’s music industry.
