Dr. Jahangir Mati Leads Major Flood Relief Efforts in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Dr. Jahangir Mati has emerged as a key figure in humanitarian relief following the recent devastating floods in Punjab and Sindh, Pakistan. Through his organizations, the Jahangir Mati Group of Companies and M.K.J Group of Industries, he has been actively involved in distributing essential food rations and other aid to flood-affected communities.
In coordination with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) and local authorities, Dr. Mati’s teams have delivered over 500 ration bags to severely impacted areas such as Sialkot and Narowal. Each bag weighs 46 kilograms and contains vital food supplies designed to support families during this crisis.

Beyond food distribution, the relief efforts include providing medical aid and clean drinking water to those stranded in remote locations. Local administrations have utilized boats to reach isolated communities, ensuring no family is left without assistance.
To raise awareness and encourage further support, the teams have also documented the relief process through videos capturing the impact of their work across Punjab, Sindh, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
The response from flood victims and local communities has been overwhelmingly positive, with relief camps set up to offer shelter, medical care, and essential supplies.
