Dubai to Host UAE’s Largest 3-Day Career Fair
The exhibition is open exclusively to UAE nationals, and pre-registration is mandatory.
DUBAI: The UAE’s largest and most influential career fair for Emirati nationals, Ru’ya 2025, is set to take place from 23 to 25 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The exhibition, which has become a cornerstone for Emiratisation, will gather thousands of young Emiratis alongside over 180 leading companies across more than 30 sectors.
Organizers have confirmed that this year’s edition will feature 5,000+ job opportunities, offering participants direct access to top employers, training programs, and innovative challenges designed to prepare them for the future workforce. With 40 schools onboard and more than 2,000 students already registered, the event aims to inspire the next generation of professionals.

Over three days, visitors will be able to take part in workshops, competitions, and interactive experiences that focus on skill development, confidence building, and practical insights into the workplace. For employers, Ru’ya serves as a vital platform to meet exceptional Emirati talent and contribute to the nation’s workforce development.
The exhibition is open exclusively to UAE nationals, and pre-registration is mandatory. Attendees must present valid identification—either an Emirates ID or an original passport—to gain entry.
With its theme of being the “Leading Hub for Recruiting and Empowering UAE Talents”, Ru’ya 2025 continues its mission to bridge ambition with opportunity, reinforcing its role as a driver of both individual growth and national progress.
