DUBAI: The initial schedule for the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 has been announced, with the tournament set to begin on February 19. The opening ceremony will likely take place in Karachi, followed by the first match between Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi.
Pakistan’s second match is scheduled for February 24 against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi, while the highly anticipated Pakistan vs India clash is set for March 1 in Dubai. India will begin their campaign on February 20, facing Bangladesh, and play New Zealand on February 23 in Dubai.

Other key matches include Australia vs England on February 22 in Lahore, and Afghanistan vs England on February 25. The final group-stage match is set for March 2 between South Africa and England in Rawalpindi.
The semi-finals will take place on March 5 and 6, with the final scheduled for March 9. Both semi-finals are expected to be hosted in Pakistan, with the final moving to Dubai or Lahore depending on India’s progress.
