Gold Prices Surge in Pakistan Amid Global Increases
Gold prices in Pakistan have continued their upward trend, with rates rising again on Monday, mirroring increases in global markets for the precious metal.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold saw an increase of Rs200 per tola, bringing it to Rs275,700, as reported by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
The price of 10-gram 24-karat gold also rose by Rs171, now totaling Rs236,368.

On the international front, gold prices rose by $3 during the day, with the global gold price reported at $2,659 per ounce.
Despite the increase in gold prices, the silver market remained steady, with the price of silver stable at Rs3,050 per tola.
Gold Prices in Pakistan Drop Significantly by Rs3,000
Last month, gold prices in Pakistan had reached an all-time high of Rs277,000 per tola, driven by notable fluctuations in the international market.
