Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq Inflicts Heavy Militant Losses
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Pakistan’s security forces have reportedly inflicted heavy losses on Afghan Taliban operatives during the ongoing Operation Ghazab Lil-Haq. According to Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, a total of 796 militants have been killed so far, while more than 1,043 others sustained injuries. The operation has also led to the destruction of 286 check posts, with an additional 44 captured by Pakistani forces.

The minister further stated that 249 units of military hardware, including tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery, have been destroyed. Air operations have targeted 81 militant positions and support facilities inside Afghanistan.
In a recent development, an attempted attack on a border post in the Ghulam Khan sector was successfully repelled. During the clash, 37 militants were killed and over 80 injured between Thursday and Friday night, preventing any breach of the post.
