LONDON: (News Desk) – Zia Yusuf, Reform UK’s spokesperson for home affairs and a prominent figure in the party, has continued to advocate for stricter immigration policies and opposition to the UK’s net zero strategy through his public statements and social media activity.
Yusuf argues that illegal immigration should be addressed through large-scale deportations and has promoted Reform UK’s proposals to strengthen border enforcement. He has also criticized cousin marriage, claiming it contributes to higher rates of inherited health conditions and places additional pressure on the National Health Service.
In addition to immigration, Yusuf has repeatedly criticized the energy policies of both the Conservative and Labour parties, arguing that net zero measures have increased household energy costs and weakened Britain’s economy. These positions align closely with Reform UK’s broader platform, which calls for reducing immigration and abandoning net zero commitments.
