Tailor daughter wins 17 gold medals in Peshawar ceremony
Peshawar – (Web Desk) – Students of Khyber Girls Medical College achieved remarkable success after winning a record number of gold medals during an award ceremony in Peshawar. The inspiring story of a Tailor daughter wins 17 gold medals became the highlight of the event and touched many hearts across Pakistan.
Among the top students was Qandeel Murtaza, daughter of a tailor from Haripur, who secured an outstanding 17 gold medals for her excellent academic performance. Her achievement received huge applause from the audience during the ceremony.
The medals were awarded in the presence of Sohail Afridi, who personally honoured the students for their hard work and dedication. Qandeel walked to the stage with her emotional father, creating a memorable moment that inspired many people in the hall.
Speaking to local media, Qandeel’s father shared that education has always been the family’s biggest priority despite financial challenges. He proudly said one of his daughters is studying at Khyber Medical College, another serves as a Grade-17 officer in the FIA, while another daughter completed her PhD and works in Islamabad. His son has also completed engineering studies.
Two more students from the same college also delivered excellent results. Muqaddas secured 10 gold medals, while Sabeen won seven gold medals, adding pride to the institution’s academic achievements.
