Lahore(Staff Reporter);PTI worker Aneela Riaz Sent on Judicial Remand, Riaz, a PTI activist, has been sent on judicial remand by Lahore’s Cantonment Katchery.
Police presented Aneela Riaz, who is also known as Neeli Pari, before the judicial magistrate and requested the physical remand of the PTI activist.
The court sent Aneela Riaz to jail on judicial remand by rejecting the police request of physical remand.
Tahir Anjum submitted his written response to the SP Investigation questions and informed that the accused and her family had sought apology to him and he had accepted the apology.
She will be released from jail after submitting an apology letter in the court by lawyer.
It is pertinent to note that actor Tahir Anjum filed a case of alleged assault against Aneela Riaz in the Qila Gujjar Singh police station.

In a surprising turn of events, what initially appeared to be an act of violence involving stage actor and PML-N member Tahir Anjum, in front of the Punjab Assembly a few days ago, has been revealed as a staged drama for personal gain.
According to the police, the incident involved PTI activist Aneela Riaz and PML-N’s Cultural Wing President Tahir Anjum, who orchestrated the situation to serve their personal interests.
The investigation uncovered evidence proving that both individuals were involved in fabricating the scenario. During the investigation, contact over mobile phone between Aneela Riaz and Tahir Anjum was proved.
Closed circuit television footage shows Aneela arriving at Tahir Anjum’s residence, and the two are seen conspiring together prior to the incident. Sources say that she was later seen arriving at the Punjab Assembly in a rickshaw, further indicating their planned collaboration.
The police have detailed that mobile phone records and CCTV footage corroborate the connections between Riaz and Anjum, exposing their coordinated effort.
Police claim that Aneela Riaz had aspirations for a reserved PTI seat, while Anjum sought to enhance his standing within the PML-N.
Interestingly, police further say, before the case was officially filed, Tahir Anjum had submitted a statement expressing his willingness to forgive Aneela Riaz, adding another layer to the complexity of the case.
A day ago, the Lahore police arrested the woman PTI activist for physically attacking renowned stage actor Tahir Anjum outside the Punjab Assembly on Wednesday and tearing off his clothes. The law enforcement agency registered a case against Aneela Riaz and her unidentified accomplices on the complaint of Tahir Anjum following the incident.
Police later arrested Aneela Riaz.
The incident occurred on Wednesday when Anjum was reportedly passing by the hunger strike camp of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) outside the Punjab Assembly, according to the FIR.
