Prosperity and Progress: Maryam Nawaz’s Punjab Vision

Maryam Nawaz, the Chief Minister of Punjab, is dedicated to transforming the province into a prosperous and developed region. Since assuming power, Maryam Nawaz has taken revolutionary measures to control inflation, unemployment, and ensure public welfare. She reduced the price of bread by Rs. 20 and fixed it at Rs. 14, also reducing prices of essential items like flour, sugar, and pulses. During Ramadan, she announced a package worth Rs. 30 billion, benefiting 6.5 million families and over 3.5 million people.
Maryam Nawaz has also established field hospitals, providing healthcare facilities at people’s doorsteps. Her government has taken steps to stabilize Pakistan’s economy, including meeting with a Saudi trade delegation to promote investment in Punjab. She has assured Saudi investors of profitable opportunities in agriculture, livestock, IT, and telecom.
Education is a priority for Maryam Nawaz, who met with a 36-member delegation of “Bedari” students. She announced Tabs and e-bikes for talented female students and plans to celebrate International Girls’ Day in Punjab schools. Her government is working on scholarship laptops and e-bikes for Punjab students.
Maryam Nawaz has maintained peace in Punjab, ensuring law and order during Muharram. She has established an anti-smog squad to combat climate change effects, monitoring smoke-emitting factories and promoting clean energy.
