Pakistan U19 Suffer Narrow Defeat Against England in Third ODI
Despite the defeat, Pakistan U19 still lead the four-match series 2-1.
LONDON: (Sports Desk) – Pakistan Under-19 suffered a thrilling two-run defeat against England Under-19 in the third ODI of their tour of England on Sunday.
Chasing a target of 303, Pakistan U19 finished at 300 for nine in their allotted overs. Hamza Zahoor top-scored with a brilliant 86, while Hasnain Abbas Dar contributed 56.
The pair put together a crucial 154-run partnership for the sixth wicket, keeping Pakistan in contention for victory.
Earlier, England U19 posted 302 for six, with Rizwanullah claiming three wickets for Pakistan.
Despite the defeat, Pakistan U19 still lead the four-match series 2-1. The fourth and final ODI will be played on September 16.
