Islamabad: (Web Desk) – Pakistan is expected to witness an unusually high number of public holidays in May 2026, with estimates suggesting up to 18 holidays due to a combination of weekends, Labour Day, and Eid al-Adha holidays.

According to the projected calendar, the month will begin with Labour Day on May 1, followed by multiple weekends throughout the month. Additionally, three consecutive days from May 26 to 28 are expected to be observed as Eid holidays, further increasing the total number of holidays.
