Murder FIR a ploy to arrest him ‘at any cost’ says Imran

PTI chief ‘not to seek pardon even if arrested, tortured’
Lahore_The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Wednesday said two more cases have been registered against him today (Wednesday) and now the total of fake cases against him has crossed the number of 150.
The PTI chief announced that he is ready to go to jail and face torture but will firmly stick with his narrative and does not make any appeal to get pardon on his stance to change the system. He said there are chances that he will be arrested tomorrow.
HE expressed his belief that the government wants to arrest him at any cost, citing a “ridiculous” killing case that has been registered against him. Addressing his supporters virtually, he stated that approximately 10,000 PTI supporters are currently imprisoned, enduring abysmal living conditions. Furthermore, he asserted that the authorities are detaining family members of activists without regard for the distinction of women. He compared the situation to what Hitler did with the communist party, using the guise of torching the parliament, and expressed concern that a similar tactic was being employed against the PTI.
The former prime minister claimed that journalist Imran Riaz Khan has not been produced before the court due to his physical condition, which he believes is a consequence of torture. According to Imran Khan, the caretaker governments lack legitimacy and are relentlessly framing him in multiple cases. Regarding the recent killing case registered against him, he mentioned that the family of the deceased lawyer stated that the incident was a result of an ongoing feud. However, Imran Khan noted that a mere four hours after the incident, the law minister announced the registration of a case against him.
He emphasised that such actions by the government would be met with skepticism by the people of Pakistan, as they reveal ulterior motives. Imran Khan concluded by asserting that the government’s objective is to arrest him, adding that there is a possibility of his re-arrest tomorrow. He refused to bow down to the cruel regime and vowed to fight against the system of injustice till his last breath, whether he is put in jail or threatened
.He said the media has been muted and they are not obeying any orders and decisions of the court.
The PTI chief said Supreme Court has already given a clean chit to him on the charges of dissolving the assemblies with bad intentions and a treason act.
He said the murdered lawyer of Quetta filed the case against him with the same charges of treason (under Article 6) for dissolving assemblies in which he was already given a clean chit from the Supreme Court.
Keeping in view the SC’s judgement in his favour, the case of Quetta’s murdered lawyer was not harmful to him in any way but a false narrative is being developed against him that he was involved in his murder.
The PTI chief said the lawyer was murdered in a family enmity as his own family described the fact but the IG Police Balochistan gave a statement within four hours and declared that Imran Khan is involved in this murder and pressurized the son of the murdered lawyer to register the murder case against him.
I have to appear before the courts in Islamabad to get bail in 16 cases tomorrow (Thursday) and there are chances that he will be arrested again, the PTI chief said.
The PTI chief announced that he is ready to go to jail and face torture but will firmly stick with his narrative and does not make any appeal to get pardon on his stance to change the system.
He also gave a reference to Ziley Shah’s Murder Case and said he was badly tortured as there were 26 signs of torture on his body in the post-mortem report but later the government filed a case of 302 against him.
