Naqvi's Surprise Visits to Passport and NADRA Centers Receive Positive Feedback from Citizens

Karachi: Federal Minister for Interior, Mohsin Naqvi, has significantly improved the efficiency of services at the 24/7 Open Passport Office in Awami Markaz and the NADRA Center in Defence. Thanks to his efforts, citizens no longer face long wait times, with services now being completed within minutes.

The Minister conducted surprise visits to both the Passport Office in Awami Markaz and the NADRA Center in Defence, where he interacted with citizens. During these visits, he inquired about the passport and identity card issuance processes. The citizens, pleased with the improvements, expressed their satisfaction with the streamlined system that has made obtaining passports and identity cards much quicker and more efficient.

Many citizens, who were renewing their passports, shared that the process was completed in just a few minutes without any difficulties or long waiting periods.

Minister Naqvi assured the public that the issue of delays in passport issuance is being addressed, and citizens will now receive their passports within the designated time frame. He personally intervened to resolve some identity card issues on the spot. The Minister also took the opportunity to meet with the staff at the passport office and NADRA center, praising their hard work. He instructed authorities to improve the cleanliness at the NADRA Center in Defence.
