Ch Asif Condemns Govt’s Retaliatory Measures, Demands Release of Political Prisoners”

"Imran Khan's Negotiation Committee Ready for Talks with Govt"

Sahiwal (Special Reporter) – Chaudhry Asif Ali, Vice President of PTI West Punjab, condemned the government’s retaliatory measures, which have resulted in the closure of all offices and registries in Jeevan City Housing Scheme, Madhali Road, causing significant business losses. He expressed his commitment to PTI, stating that such tactics will not deter him from standing with the party ¹.

Ali emphasized that the negotiation committee formed by Imran Khan has full authority to engage in talks, reiterating that PTI seeks equality, not concessions. He demanded the release of political prisoners, withdrawal of false cases against PTI leaders and workers, and an end to retaliatory actions.

In a related development, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has constituted a government committee to initiate negotiations with PTI, comprising members from coalition parties. This move follows PTI’s willingness to engage in talks, as expressed by Chairman Barrister Gohar. The two committees are scheduled to meet on Monday
