KPK Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur Criticizes Federation, Calls for Judicial Independence
RAWALPINDI, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ali Amin Gandapur lashed out at the federal government, accusing it of unconstitutional actions and undue pressure on the judiciary. “The federation’s actions defy our constitution and undermine judicial independence,” Gandapur asserted, highlighting concerns over what he called unjust treatment of political figures. Gandapur also addressed the issue of national unity, calling for strict punishments under Article 6 of the Constitution for those found guilty of attempting to destabilize the country.
