Islamabad to Host First National Bodybuilding Championship and Anti-Doping Seminar Tomorrow
All participants of the seminar will receive certificates of attendance.
Islamabad, July 9, 2025 – The capital city is set to witness a major sporting event as the Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation (PBBF), in collaboration with the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), hosts the First National Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championship 2025 along with the First Anti-Doping Awareness Seminar on Thursday, July 10, at Liaquat Gymnasium, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
The championship will bring together top athletes from across Pakistan to compete in multiple categories, including Senior, Junior, Masters, Athletic Physique, and Sports Physique. A key highlight of the event is that winners in the Class 1 category will be shortlisted to represent Pakistan at the prestigious 57th Asian Bodybuilding & Physique Sports Championship 2025, set to take place from August 18 to 25 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The international event is officially registered with the Ministry of Sports, Thailand, and recognized by the Olympic Committee, making it a significant opportunity for Pakistani athletes to gain international exposure and recognition.
In addition to the competition, the Anti-Doping Awareness Seminar will serve as a vital educational platform to promote clean and fair sport. Young athletes and officials will receive guidance on the importance of anti-doping practices in accordance with international standards. All participants of the seminar will receive certificates of attendance.
