Eleven Islamabad Police Officials Dismissed Over Criminal Duty Negligence Case
Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) – Islamabad Police have dismissed 11 police personnel, including two assistant sub-inspectors (ASIs), after taking strict departmental action over alleged dereliction of duty.
According to official documents, the officers were absent from highly sensitive assignments, an act that authorities described as criminal negligence.
Those dismissed include constables Ghulam Murtaza, Khurram Shahzad, Muhammad Shahzad Aslam, Muhammad Irfan, and several other officials. ASIs Abid Hussain and Waqar Ahmed were also removed from service.

Police officials said the personnel had been deployed at key security points but failed to report for duty. The department termed their absence a serious breach of professional responsibility and took disciplinary action accordingly.
