Islamabad: (Web Desk) The Islamabad Electric Supply Company has announced its Facebook E-Kachery schedule to facilitate consumers in registering and resolving electricity-related complaints.
According to an IESCO spokesperson, all operational circle heads will be available online on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. to hear customer concerns and ensure their prompt resolution.

Consumers can submit complaints through the relevant Facebook E-Kachery pages and contact the designated phone numbers for their respective circles:

The spokesperson said the initiative is part of IESCO’s efforts to provide multiple platforms for consumers to register complaints and obtain timely solutions to electricity-related issues.
Customers have been requested to provide their name, billing reference number, and contact number while participating in the E-Kachery so that complaints can be forwarded to the concerned offices for immediate action.
