HEC Invites University Faculty Applications for Phase-XIII Pak-France PERIDOT Mobility Grants

ISLAMABAD: (Health Reporter) – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan has invited faculty members from public and private universities to apply for the Phase-XIII of the Pak-France PERIDOT Mobility Grant Programme, aimed at strengthening academic and scientific cooperation between the two countries.

The initiative is being implemented jointly by HEC Pakistan, the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development (MAEDI), and the Ministry of Higher Education and Research (MESR) to promote research collaboration between Pakistani and French scholars.

The grant programme provides support for researcher mobility and encourages the development of new partnerships between higher education institutions and research laboratories in both countries.

Eligible faculty members are required to submit a joint proposal in collaboration with a French academic partner. Applicants must also complete the mandatory step of submitting their joint application to Campus France before applying to HEC.

The online application portal opened on July 6, 2026, while researchers must submit their proposals to HEC by September 30, 2026, at 4:00 pm Pakistan Standard Time.

The PERIDOT programme, operating under the Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC), continues to provide Pakistani researchers with opportunities to participate in international scientific cooperation and expand academic networks.
