The forensic analysis of PTI Information Secretary Raoof Hasan’s phone has revealed a “web of deceit and manipulation” orchestrated by Imran Khan’s sister, Aleema Khan, to bolster her influence within the PTI.
According to sources, the forensic examination revealed that on June 23, Aleema Khan sent Hasan a WhatsApp message containing a “fabricated account” about Bushra Bibi’s visit to the former prime minister in jail, during which she allegedly broke down in tears.

Aleema reportedly expressed her dissatisfaction, calling Bushra Bibi’s message “foolish” and accusing her “disinformation cell” of stirring up public sentiment. Aleema is said to have instructed Hasan not to share Bushra Bibi’s message.
The leaked WhatsApp messages further revealed Aleema Khan’s alleged attempts to create a false narrative about Imran Khan’s possible death in jail. This included a “fictitious conversation” between Khan and a jailer, in which Khan supposedly told the jailer that he was aware of the pressure on him to cause harm and warned that the public would not forgive the jailer if anything happened to him.
The messages also contained a claim attributed to Bushra Bibi, stating that Khan believed army chief Asim Munir was monitoring all of his conversations. Aleema allegedly dismissed these messages as “disinformation,” according to the sources.
